Hulkenberg Raises Concerns for Haas as 2023 Presents a ‘Nightmare’

Haas Formula 1 team is facing concerns over engine troubles following another setback at the British Grand Prix, according to Nico Hulkenberg. Over the weekend, Kevin Magnussen experienced two engine problems, with his race coming to an end due to a failure. This adds to Haas’ ongoing issue of lacking race pace, resulting in the team not scoring any points since the Miami Grand Prix. Hulkenberg, who retired in Austria due to a loss of power from the Ferrari power unit, expressed his alarm at the situation and emphasized the need for investigation. Hulkenberg’s race at Silverstone was also compromised when Sergio Perez clipped his front wing, forcing him into an early pit-stop. Haas Technical Director Simone Resta, however, remains confident in the team’s performance and believes they are doing their best with the resources provided by Ferrari.
