Charles Leclerc has expressed his excitement about partnering with Carlos Sainz at Ferrari, following Sainz’s victory at the Australian Grand Prix. Sainz claimed his third career F1 win, finishing ahead of Leclerc in a one-two finish for Ferrari after Max Verstappen retired early.

While Leclerc has typically outperformed Sainz during their time together, Sainz was faster in Melbourne. Reflecting on the race, Leclerc acknowledged that he needed to improve, particularly in qualifying and managing tire graining during the race.
